Here you can see all players that are currently in your lobby. If you have Player Info Window enabled, you can also see quite a lot of information about the player.
Along with the name, some players may show one or more capital letters under certain circumstances. These are flags, and stand for:

You can also use features that affect players.
Targets this player when Player ESP is enabled individually.
Prevents this player from sending stuff to you. These are heavy filters, and you should only use them on people that you suspect to be malicious.
If you're using a Lua script with features that target specific players, you may use those features here.
Lets you see what this player is doing (unless they're in a different interior than you are).
Add to Join Timeout Blacklist

Adds this player's username and SCID to the blacklist of Join Time-out.
Teleport to this player (either once, or constantly) or to their vehicle (passenger seat, or driver seat).
You can't teleport a player to another place; see FAQ.
Lets you tag this player as a modder, or remove the tag from them. Players marked as modders will be flagged as such in 2T1's player list, and you can limit what stuff they can send to you (see Block From Modders). On the other hand, you can also whitelist this specific player from the modder detections.
Drop stuff on this player.

Drops a medical kit on this player. You can set it to drop automatically.

Lets you give or remove certain weapons to/from this player, or all of them.
Annoy this player in many ways.
Explodes this player. You can select the type of explosion, or set the feature to explode them non-stop.

Explodes anyone who is close to this player, who will also be blamed as the killer.
Trap in Cage

Spawns a cage around this player, trapping them inside with no possibility to move.

Trap in Stunt Tube

Spawns a stunt tube around this player, trapping them inside with limited movement area.

Spawns an invisible stunt tube around this player, trapping them inside with limited movement area.
Renders this player's vehicle completely unusable.
Attaches a solid object to this player, messing up their character completely.

Spawns some NPC's around this player that will attack them.
Kill Passive Player

Explodes this player using a special explosion that can bypass Passive Mode.
Sends up to 8 ped-controlled Hydra's (you can set the amount) to chase and kill this player. The jets will chase the player across the whole map, and if taken down, they'll respawn.
Send Griefer Jesus

Sends an overpowered ped with explosive ammo and the ability to respawn, that will chase this player in his car to kill them. Jesus might take up to a minute to chase the player, since he spawns off the map.
Launch vehicle in air

Boosts this player's vehicle upwards.

Boosts this player's vehicle forward.
Burst [All] Tire[s]
Burst [All] Tire[s]#
Bursts a specific tire (or all of them) of this player's vehicle. This feature can bypass bulletproof tires.
Build a prison around a garage and send this player to that garage, trapping them inside. You can teleport yourself to the prison as well.
Infinite Apartment Invite
Infinite Apartment Invite#
Spams invalid Apartment Invites to this player.
Sends an Arena EMP explosion to disable the engine of this player's vehicle for some seconds. You may send this event named (revealing your name) or anonymously (the victim won't know who did).
Kicks this player out of their Organization or Motorcycle Club. If the player is the CEO or President, any member will be kicked too, and any related mission will be terminated.
Give Wanted Level

Gives a number of wanted level stars to this player.
Locks this player's wanted level at 0, so that cops and army will never chase them.
Teleports this player to an apartment of your choice. If the player doesn't own that apartment, they'll be kicked out afterwards.
Lets you send tons of peds or huge vehicles to this player, in order to fill their entity pools and make them crash.
Send Player Interrupt

Stops you from appearing in the game for this player. This will limit drastically how the player can interact with you.
Send Text Message
Send Text Message#
Sends a message text to this player using the built-in feature of the game.
Kicks this player out of the lobby using a Host event. This kick is impossible to block, and the victim won't be able to join back; but you must be Session Host to perform it.
Tricks the game of this player into thinking that he has switched Crew, making them leave the session. This kick will only work on players that are active members of a Crew.
Kills the game process of this player through a stronger method. This feature might to collateral damage (players that are close to the target could also be crashed too).
There are threee versions of Sync Crash. They work in a slightly different way, so if a player is unaffected by one of them, you may try the other ones.
